Where this has actually played out
Two real stretches of work, not a bullet-point résumé.
Growing into management, mid-transition
Challenge: Danphe Health, the hospital-software startup where I'd owned an application end-to-end since my first job, became part of a much bigger operation, Imark Pvt. Ltd. Bigger team, more moving parts, more people to keep in sync.
Role: promoted into management through that transition, going from shipping code myself to keeping a team's delivery on track as the org around it changed shape.
Outcome: the team and its process grew under me through that transition without losing what made the original Danphe team effective, I'm still close with that team today.
Delivering for US clients, remotely
Challenge: since March 2023, IT Consultant at Naya Software Inc., an AI-powered platform built for commercial real estate mortgage lenders, closing documents, transaction management, and underwriting tools, hosted on Azure under SOC 2 Type II compliance.
Role: full-stack contributor on software shipped to clients in the US, a different rhythm of stakeholder communication and delivery than domestic work.
Outcome: ongoing, client-facing delivery work is its own kind of education, distinct from the technical side covered in the Portfolio case studies.
